Newbie Question regarding linking a Wireless Router with a Cabled Router

Hello all,
I have a Linksys BEFSR41 router right now with 3 computers connected. I just received a Wi-Fi capable PocketPC and would like to set up something so I can take advantage of that. I have the opportunity to get a D-Link DI-624 wireless router for free, and was wondering if I would have any problems plugging the D-Link into the Linksys and using it like that?

Is there any common mistakes I should watch out for?
