I am a newbie of video card and have a tough problem now. I bought a MPact2 all-in-one motherboard(The video card is MPact2, and is integrated into the motherboard) two years ago, it worked fine at that time. But now after I upgraded the system to Windows 2000, the display only shows 640x400. I found the company made the MPact2 chip does not support driver for Windows 2000 any more. So I bought an ATI XPERT 128 16MB PCI card, pluged in, and wished it could replace the MPact2 for the display. But I was told there is a severe problem that 'driver is not compatible with the adapter', and the display is still bad. I guess the problem is from the motherboard. Am I right?

What shall I do? How can I disable the MPact on the motherboard and have one working for Windows 2000? Could you give me some suggestions?

Thanks a lot!
