newbie question on MSI afterburner

I've got a Asus 460 GTX coming next week and did a little search and found the best program for OCing the 460 is the MSI Afterburner, so I download a copy to play with on my current HD 4850 and ran it some problems:

I use Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, how do I run Afterburner in a regular user account? I know running it in an admin account is fine. But I want to run it under a regular user account. I already turned off UAC. still gives me a RTCore64.dll cannot load error if I run it directly from user account. But if I start my admin account then start user account it runs, so how do I run only in user account w/o starting it in admin first?
