hi! I've went to Asus website and the latest BIOS is v1014 but i've to update chipset driver to v6.65. After i've download the file its a RAR file. I know how to update BIOS but how do i update chipset driver?

another question, can i update BIOS to v1014 from v1008? or must i go from v1008 to v1009 then to v1010 etc etc...

Generally speaking, you can just update to the latest version. It's usually a cumulative patch.

The RAR file is a compressed archive. You need WinRAR or if it is a self extracting archive, you can just double click on it. Usually it has a different extension if it's self extracting.

You don't say which motherboard you have. However with my ASUS A8N-E I went to usa.asus.com for the BIOS. It listed one for RAR, but I got the zipped file. If you have ASUS I would think it would also be there as a zipped file.
