Newbie question: Can MB like DS3 support Tuniq Tower 120?

I have everythingt ready except CPU which would arrive tomorrow. I will install Tuniq Tower 120 instead of stock HSF. My question is whether MB can really carry the Tuniq? It is so tall and heavy I really worry about it. Thanks for your opioion.
