newbie question about palm

I'm planning on getting a "CASIO Cassiopeia BE-300". It said in the description that it will come with a modem , will I have to pay to access the internet or can I just use a regular dial up inter? Can someone please explain to me how this whole concept works?

That model should be a wireless modem type...meaning that it operates pretty much like a mobile phone, and you will have to pay air-time charges in addition to ISP charges.

Not unless you had a BlueTooth unit from your desktop and a BlueTooth receiver on your PocketPC.

As it is, basically it's just a dial-up.
