Ok, I feel like a total idiot, but I haven't been able to figure this one out, and I can't search google for it because it doesn't allow searches that include special chars like "."
I've been using Eudora Pro for many years as my email client. Lately, when I receive email from folks using Outlook, I get text in an attachment with the extension ".email". Of course, there's nothing associated with that extension. I can easily associate it with Notepad or something like that, but then is shows a bunch of garbage text with the actual email text message. Anyone run into this problem with Eudora? Is it some type of Mime problem?
Of course, I'm guessing it's simply a matter of MS Outlook (Express) not playing by the "standards" rules and doing their own thing, which messes up other emails, that would be par for the course for MS.... Unfortunately, with 90% of the world using that crappy virus-hole called outlook, I can't just delete anything sent using outlook
Any ideas?
