newbie question about memory

I read the quick and dirty a64 overclocing guide and I wanna know how do I set my memory to spd and 100 to take memory out of the question when finding the max htt. I have asus a8n sli deluxe, amd 4000 ocz pc 3200 2.5-3-3-5.
I cant find this setting as well as the divider. I dont see any ratios in my bios.

Your BIOS should have some kind of setting that lets you control your RAM speed. Look for something that lets you set RAM speeds from 200 to 600 mhz if you don't see any dividers of any kind. It should let you tweak RAM speed in increments of 33 mhz. That's just a fancy-shmancy setting that lets you control your RAM dividers. Your default is probably 200 or 400 mhz, which is a 1:1 ratio. You want to cut your RAM speed in half so you've got a 2:1 ratio (your RAM running at half your HTT speed).

The settings mentioned in Zebo's guide will all be in your BIOS, but they may have different names.

ok i found the setting. its called memclockindex value. my setting was at 400 and the lowest is 200

200
266
333
400
433
