Newbie question about Crossfire Cards

Hey all, I been a long time NVIDIA user but decided to try out an ATI crossfire system this time around. Only problem is, I am getting confused by all the numbers and XT's and XTX's and crossfire edition/crossfire ready.

If a card is "crossfire ready" according to newegg, does that mean I can get two of these cards and crossfire them? According to ATI's website, you need a normal card and a '1900xt crossfire edition'.

For example, can I get two these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102037 and crossfire them? This card has crossfire in the name but the ATI website infers that this wont work.

What is causing the confusion is that you can also buys cards like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102672. This card is the same exact card as far as I can tell, except there is no "crossfire" in the title and its more expensive!

ATI's website is correct. Unlike SLI, you need a Master card built for Crossfire, and a standard Radeon of the same family.
