Under load nothing matches the intel TAT, but that only works for the Pentium M family (including Conroe and Merom derivatives). TAT is unique because it actually puts load on the processor and measures the temperature at the same time.
Keep in mind your temps with TAT will be considerably higher than those using other programs to put the CPU under load, so you shouldn't panic and compare your temps with people using orthos.
