ive been messing with my fsb speed to overclock due to the fact i dont want to make that plunge by connected the bridges. After lowering my vcore to 1.7 (which it still runs at 1.78 at that setting) the next time i booted up, it said my 1ghz was running at 1194. before that time i was maxing out at 109 fsb and could never get anything above 1100. Could that have been a misread on the part of fuzzy logic or am i missing another factor besides fsb and vcore?

btw... normally i have the vcore setting on default and it runs at 1.83 so bumping it up doesnt seem effective.

thanks for any help.

why do you not want to do the L1 bridges its a piece of cake now you pull that cpu out and get a pencil WRIGHT now and got on to some real overclocking............

make the plunge & connect the bridges! you can always eraze the connections assuming you use the pencil trick;)
