Out of those 2 rams (or even another one that is in stock and in the same price range at that store or another) which do you think I should get and why?

I'm building a system with an E6300, EVGA GeForce 7900 GTO, and a GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 motherboard. I hope to overclock but I'm not going to be too too aggressive. 2.8ghz - 3.0 ghz sounds good enough to me.

Memory just confuses me with all the timings and bus speed rankings and all that.

I thought of getting some OCZ ram too but i heard it's not working too well right now with 965 motherboards.

Thank you.

With your board, I would suggest you get Ram modules that run with a starting voltage of 1.8v....in other words get some Corsair or Geil value Ram....

Agreed, just make sure it's PC5300/5400. I'd personally recommend getting an E6400, though, since you'll be able to achieve a higher overclock with cheaper RAM.
