Newbie O/Cing on 8K7A... DDR timings and Vcore?

In the BIOS, I set DRAM timings to "Fast" (it's automatic). With crucial PC2100, how high (FSB) should I be able to get if the voltage is maxed out (regardless of CPU)? If I want to go higher, what timings would be best?

Also, what is the hightest VCore that's considered safe?

I'm really new to this...
