newbie needs help: need a quiet HSF for my t-bird

Im using the thermaltake chrome orb on my 900mhz t-bird right now, and the noise is unbearable! I need a Hsf that's very quiet yet can still provide adequate cooling (like under 44c <-- im not even sure if this is good). pls help. i need your expert opinions! thanks in advance 😀
 
The best advice I can give you is if you are not happy with the thermaltake then stay away from the &quot;black label&quot; delta fan.
