newbie needing help with crappy 8500le

I was trying to run a DVB-S card with the 8500le becasue i only cared for the TV-out option but when i go full screen video my cpu usage jumps from about 20% to 90%. Is this the video card or something else? I have scrubbed my ram and all other components work rather smoothly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think the 8500le 128mb is a decent card for its money. When I got it anyway, over a year ago.

It probably is the card though.. lol

Well, its actually just a 64mb..LOL. Is that what happens when video cards hit the crapper, have never had one go down on me so that is why i am seeking advice. Thanks again.
