Newbie, Need Mobo/Fan Help

Hi, I am really new to this, but I have 4 Fans in my case. 1 Heatsink fan, 1 intake, 2 exhaust and also an Enermax 465. I am wondering how I can get my mobo, Asus A7M266 to read the RPMs on these fans and there by controlling how fast they spin. The mobo has a PWR Fan, CPU Fan, NB-Fan? and Chassis Fan connectors. I have connected the CPU fun to the connector. It is able to tell the RPM on that. However, I connected the PS fan to the PWR_Fan connector, however, it doesnt read the RPM. I'm also wondering how I would connect those 2 80mm exhaust fans to the mobo in order to read the RPM. Each connector can take 4.2watts or less.

Why not look into buying a Digital Doc 5 ?
