Newbie memory question

I just added a stick of 512mb ddr2 pc2-5300(667mhz) to my thinkpad r60. the stock memory is also 512mb but the speed is unknown to me.

the cpu-z reports the following:

Core Speed 997.5 MHz (6.0 x 166.3 MHz)
Rated Bus speed 665.0 MHz
Stock frequency 1666 MHz

Memory Size 1016 MBytes
Memory Frequency 332.5 MHz
FSB : DRAM 1:2

this really confuses me.
doesn't fsb : dram ratio 1:2 mean that dram runs at 665x2, which is contradictive to the memory frequence reading 332.5. Can someone tell me if my interpretation is correct? am i correct to think I should expect to see memory frequency 667mhz and fsb : dram ratio 1:1, assuming the stock stick runs at the same speed as the new one. Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, anyways, the FSB is quad-pumped, which means there are four instructions per clock so in actuality, your FSB is 166 (166*4=667) and 166*2=332.
