Newbie looking for general info

i am fairly new to the concept of overclocking and i havnt found a whole lot of helpful info from my motherboard manufatcerur or AMD
i have a slot a Amd Athlon 700 and a MSI 6195 motherboard. the cd that came with the motherboard included an overclokc utility called fuzzy locig but since i run windows 2000 it doesn't work correctly. i am wondering where to find some info on how to overclock my system, i am more interested in increasing my fsb and ram speeds if possible as i am not running a whole lot that needs more than 700 mhz of cpu power
any help is appreciated

You're not going to get much out of FSB overclocking. You need a GFD to get the most out of that CPU.
