Newbie: Is my RAM CAS2 or CAS3?

Just bought some ram that was sold as high end Infineon CAS2 but its markings look like CAS3 to me. Can anyone confirm the CAS #? (My machine is not finished yet so I can't just test it myself.)

By the markings I see CAS 3 ram there. However many sticks of ram will run higher than its rating. Ive had Mushkin Mosel that was read by SPD as CAS 3 but ran up over 150MHZ at CAS2...
