It utterly amazes me just how many idiots can not read a simple auction description.

this lady wanted to return a perfectly good car seat because she can't read. I stated clearly that the auction was "AS IS" you get what you see. and still she wanted me to pay shipping back to me (which was $40.00) and then refund her the $60.00 that she paid for the car seat. I offered to be nice and refund her money if she would ship the seat back to me even though it was an as is auction, and she refused and gave me my first negative feedback. AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh!

anyway, thanks for the release of steam.

jam.

Well, what was wrong with the car seat? In your auction it says "It is in very good, gently used condition." In her feedback it says it's missing a piece.

HA ha

And you already left her positive feedback!

I always wait (as a seller) until the buyer has received the item and is pleased with the transaction.

It doesn't sound that clear when you say "what you see is what you get."

Usually sellers mean that as "this is a picture of what you will be receiving"

IMO You should have made it more clear by stating "AS IS"

part of an outside clip on one strap. Completely useless part. I even offered to contact the manufacturer and get the piece delivered for her, and she still refused. part would have cost $5.00 plus shipping, but Nooooooooooooooooooooo she wouldn't have it. her way or the highway so to speak. aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

well if you didn't state in the auction it is missing a piece i don't blame her.

what else could you be hiding? you didn't put full details in the auction i wouldn't want the darn thing either.

Gotta agree here, you didnt say as-is (that should have been in the title in bold). Im not saying she isnt a bitch but your not completly blameless on this.
