Okay it came today, now how do I overclock the thing? I've heard there are tricks like a pencil trick and a defogger kit or something. I have no clue what to do or where to start. What do you bridge, how do you know what to bridge? Is there a link that gives you step by step with pictures on what to do for us newbies? Also what fan/heatsink do I order (I just ordered the cpu w/o fan/heatsink). Let me know, thanks! (oh the mobo is a k7tpro2a)

okay, what about fans/heatsinks. Whats the best one and where do I get it? What about that arctic silver grease, where do I get that and how does it work?

Many here are using either a Global win fop 32,or a taisol hsf. I have the fop 38, but it sounds like a hair dryer running, and is not much better that the 32. I've heard that the copper hsf's are better, but only marginally. Use the arctic silver, it works. I get mine at Crazy PC, the price is average, but the service is outstanding. You'll have your stuff in 3 days max.(still rated 7.0 at reseller ratings) I think the AS runs about $13, and the Hsf about $20. You need a couple of case fans, too.

Apply a thin layer of AS on the cpu (Where the heatsink will contact it) and install it as normal. Make sure that the pad is off of the HSF.
