Just started dabbling in overclocking. Whats the best way to attach a heatsink/fan to a videocard? I've got a GeForce2MX I'd like to put a heatsink/fan on and o/c. I've got a tube of thermal grease from radioshack but someone told me its not an adhesive so what do I use to attach the heatsink to the card?

Also. Its the Creative Labs 3D Annihilator 2 MX . It comes with DDR memory which seems like a pretty big deal considering all the MX cards are suppose to be SDR only. At default its 175/285 core/clock speeds. Why haven't we seen any reviews of this card anywhere?

Thanks alot

I placed my thin layer of thermal grease all over the center of the main
chip and then placed 4 small drops of super glue on the very corners. Placed a
heavy book on it over night and it is stuck for good. <and now voided warranty ;) >

About reviews of the DDR vs SDR mx cards, there are some, and from what I gather, the
old SDR memory beats the newer DDR on the mx vid cards.

Thanks alot. i've got "Silicone-Base Heat Sink Compound" from radioshack... same stuff right? I've also got some plastic cement glue... that should work too? Thanks

Is that the white colored heat sink paste? That is what I used (was left over
from my alpha heatsink) and I used simple old Krazy Glue, but yours should work.

This may not be the best method, but it does work and is quite easy to do.
