Newbie Fan question

Okay, I'm building my first system today. Is there a way to tell which way the fan blows without powering it up (based on the slant of the blades, etc.)? Which way should the fan on the heatsink blow? Thanks for the help.

the air blows away from the side with the blades curved inwards which is usually the side they place the label

along one of the sides on the fan should be two arrows that are like this | <- V | The sideways arrow shows the direction of rotation, and the downards arrow shows which way its blowing

Thanks for the help. Rig up and running. Yeah, those arrows make it pretty easy - wonder why I never saw them before.
