Ok, I'm a lvl14 sorcs now, and well, I still get killed pretty easily. I'm trying to defeat andriel, and all the time, I got spanked, and when I say spanked, I mean spanked!!! buddy!!!

I got some decent equipment, not too shabby. I found most of it, except for my armor.

Is there anyway to like make the button Alt which shows whats on the ground to always be on? I want it to always be on, just like the auto-map and run button.

If you guys want to play, please let me know via PM's, or AIM.

AIM: Ryan KMA

PM: you know where to reach me.

Please guys, lets play as I want to lvl up my character as much as I can. I've been lvl14 for a while now

Personally, i got sick of D2 very quickly because it isn't challenging enough. After about a week of playing, i ended up with a level 80 character. Did each quest a dozen times, explored every area, fought others. When you get to Act 5 Hell, all you ever do is Bloody Foothills runs and Baal runs. That's it, nothing else gives good xp or loot. Boring boring boring. Yawn. That's why MMORPG's are so much better - i guess Blizzard figured that out finally though.

As for your question, try to team up with people. Make a 4-player game called Kill Andy or whatever. If you are weak, don't make it an 8-player because many people tend to come in and hunt by themselves, but the monsters become tougher since more players are in the room. If you wanna do it alone, make a 1-player game so all the monsters are weak and try it. Also, TRADE TRADE TRADE. DiabloII.net Marketplace, trade very actively and you will get the stuff you need to level quickly.

Well, there are a few paths you can take ....

Make sure you pump 1 skill pt into "static field" ... one hit = 25% damage
Put 1 skill pt into a cold spell, slow down andy

Freeze/slow down andy using the cold spell. Then use static field on andy until its not effective anymore. Then just spam andy to death with your favorite spell.

Make sure you keep some antidote potion in your belt. Andy's poison too good...

Just remember that she is vulnerable to fire (you can learn that from various townsfolk if you talk to them about her). Static field works but at level 1 you have to be closer than what I wanted my sorcy to be. She has fairly high resistances to cold, poison, and lightning. If you don't have any fire skills, pick up a staff that has an appropriate skill on it and use. I rarely sell an orb (unless it has duplicate skills or is completely useless) as you never know when you might need that one skill for that one critter.
