Well, having a few problems with my new Pro-2A. Booted the first time I turned it on, played with a few BIOS settings, realized that I hadn't FDISK'd my OEM c: drive, booted into the OLD d😀rive windows... oops. Tried to reset, button just shut off the monitor and USB mouse, no matter how many times I hit it. Power-off... no better. Turn off my surge protector, it boots, monitor on. After several iterations, get the FDISK to partition, yay! Formatting C:, stops 67% of the way through, about 15 mins after starting, saying "drive not ready" and then telling me that "A Drive not ready" even though I hadn't removed my boot floppy. Attempted several times to reboot afterwards, now BIOS won't detect any IDE devices, nor the floppy. Had to go to sleep then now at work since, no new attempts.

Note: No changes to BIOS, actually running memory at PC100 currently. Default voltage (I believe, haven't changed it). Temps always below 30C.
Tried using failsafe values once, with small changes for AGP video, etc.

HELP!

Yeah, that sounds like my first option when I get home from work today.

Any other suggestions for chronic inability to cold boot w/reset button.

1. clear the CMOS like he said.
2. Get the newest bios. and flash it.
3. make sure your not ocing. leave everything at default.
