!!NEWBIE ALERT!! What power supply should i be using with this?

Okay i'm building a system with a 1.3ghz duron, 8k7a mobo (i think that's compatible, right?), radeon AIW 32mb, seagate barracuda iv, etc

what kind of power supply does the duron need? is 400w enough?

400w is more than enough.

With that board you will probably be OK with even a 300-350 PS. Just make sure it is a quality PS and preferably on the AMD Recommended PS list; just to be sure. And, one other thing, I seem to remember that that board had some trouble with the Enermax line of PS's because of the 5v rail or something. Just a word to the wise. YMMV.
