What does tccd stand for. I know it has something to do with ram!

I don't think it stands for anything in particular, but it's a kind of high-speed RAM chip made by Samsung. They're currently the best for overclocking, but it's unwise to purchase memory with these chips unless you're heavily overclocking a P4 (memory bandwidth matters a lot here, but it makes almost no difference on an A64).
