NEWB RAID Question

So I just built a dual core raid machine. Its a intel Core 2 Duo processor in a Asus P5VD2-VM SE motherboard. I have a couple issues. I have 2 80GB HDDs in the RAID array and it seems to be working fine I have it set to clone for security. First off whenever the computer is reset by software (ie Start>>Restart, or a new program installs and needs to reset the pc) I get long beep short beep short beep. As long as I restart it by button its fine. My 2nd issue is when I go to run AVG, Nero and a couple other progs I get a windows message in the title I get "Windows - No Disk" The message is "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c" I push cancel like 3 times it goes away and the program runs like normal. Any ideas?
