NewB Question about SSD & HD Installation

I completed my new computer build this morning and it started first time without a hiccup. Unfortunately I didn't read the note that Zap posted about Win7 installation and I didn't make any change to the BIOS before installing. Nonetheless Win7 installed on the Samsung 128GB SSD and I did put the necessary drivers for the MB and Video Card but have not migrated my data or added other programs. Do I need to worry about the AHCI setting (for all I know it may be enabled).

I also understand that all I need to do is move the 'My Library' files over to my new E: drive before I start the data migration and that Windows will take care of recognizing this for me (also the 'downloads' file as well). I'm new to SSD and don't want to try to do what will be a hefty data migration and have it end up badly. I have two options here as I see it. I have used Win7 Easy Transfer to move things onto my external drive and I also have a full Nova Backup set as well. Which would be the easiest to use?

thank you for indulging a newcomer to SSD.

Edit added: Ausus MB BIOS has AHCI enabled by default so I don't need to worry about that. There was a page addendum that fell out of the MB manual that noted this.

To move your libraries over to your secondary hard drive, open Windows Explorer, and navigate to your E: drive. Create 5 folders named Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos, and Downloads.
Then navigate to C:\Users\<username>\ and right click on one of your libraries, and click Properties. Go to the Location tab, and click Move...
Navigate to your E: drive, and select the folder that corresponds to the Library you are moving, and click Select Folder. You should get a message asking if you want to merge the contents of the two folders. Click yes.
Repeat for all other Libraries, and for Downloads.
