Newb fsb boosting?

ok i have an amd athlon 1.2ghz ( getting new mobo and cpu soon) and the fsb is 99.66mhz multiplier of 12 how can i up the fsb? i went into the BIOS and i think its locked on my mobo coz all it was it a BIOS utility and dosent let me change multplier, fsb, or core voltage it just lets me do petty things. so what fsb programmes do you reccommend? softfsb is only for win 98 i see and im on xp

im on Phoenix BIOS 2.07 where can i download the latest so i can Flash them, or can i?

Check the MoBo Manuf. Site whatever it maybe cause it's kind of hard to give input without knowing what it is.

are u talking about Asus Motherboard?
just go to the official website.. shouldn't be a problem to search for latest ones.
