Newb Case Question

I got a HAF922 in today and I noticed there is a paper diagram of holes on the back plate. Does this need to be removed before I install the motherboard or can I leave it in?

It's up to personal preference. It's just an assist in case you don't know which holes to screw in on your motherboard.
