wow, a proven Christian. Since when is being a Christian a bad thing? I'm willing to bet a strong majority of our country is Christian.

Lots of talk, no proof, no links.

Opinion Dynamics is FoxNews.... end of thread.

so what? You think foxnews pays them to skew their polls in favor of bush? Gimme a break... Anything that doesnt show Kerry winning MUST BE WRONG. EVERY SINGLE POLL IS WRONG FOLKS, IT DOESNT SHOW KERRY WINNING. I'll remember these posts IF there is a poll that shows Kerry ahead.

newest foxnews poll in Ohio
Can you tell me why the foxnews poll included Nader but not Badnarik in their latest poll in Ohio? Nader was knocked off the Ohio ballot 5 days ago. Badnarik on the other hand is still on the Ohio ballot. Strange that the Foxnews poll still included him no?

For me Ohio and Pennsylvania are key. In no recent poll has GWB polled more than 47% in Ohio or Penn (whoops, except the Foxnews one). If he cannot get over 50%, he is in trouble. Apparently, he has also not been back to Ohio since October 2! Florida looks pretty tied and if GWB loses Florida, coupled with his decline in Ohio and Penn ... well that is not good news for the incumbent.

Also, let's keep in mind the situation in Colorado. If voters approve the new electoral college change, the winner will only receive a +1 boost in electoral votes. Right now, it seems Bush is going to win Colorado. So that's going to hurt him as well if that goes through.

The POLL (hehe) in Colorado is about 52% against and 39% for at this point on that change to the electoral college issue. It won't pass.

Man, didn't realize it's going to lose that badly. I knew it was behind, but man, that's not even close. Oh well. Nix my statement then. Although, it would've been nice.

As an ex-Ohio resident-also known as Buckeyes because they are nuts-the weather will be a huge factor. If they get three feet of snow the Republicans will get to the polls and the Dems will be struggling to do so. Ditto for Pennsylvania.

In Florida, with hurricane season over, the weather will probably be relatively nice, which is bad news for Bush. I'm calling Florida for Kerry, which means if he wins Pa the election is his.

I also think Kerry will take Florida, but it is very close. My theory is they will have a huge turnout, on both sides, because of the 2000 election, and the closer they get to actually counting all the votes correctly the better it is for Kerry. I assume the Democrats have an advantage in overall numbers of registered voters there.

I think Ohio, where I am, is impossible to even guess at, and I don't know about Pa. I think there are scenarios where Kerry could win without Ohio or PA, if he wins Florida, but it's unlikely.

3 feet of snow in Ohio 2 days after Halloween? Maybe some freak lake-effect snow up around Cleveland but not anywhere else. ;)

Did some checking in SurveyUSA's little Missouri polls... Bush right now is leading 51%-45% over Kerry.

They based that number off of "likely voters"... funny thing is... the oversampled Republicans by 6%... found that interesting.

I don't know about today, but I know last night watching the politic shows, Kerry was up by one point in Ohio and had opened up to a 4 point PA lead.

On Fox last night they had one of the register people from Iowa. He said the get out the vote campaign by the democrats was the most impressive he had seen. He said in the last month they had registered more than 30,000 people and 80% of them were democrat. A state that Al Gore won in 2000 by only 4000 votes. He said a lot of polls are not reflecting this. He said if you look at in context to 2000, the democrats alreadly have 30,000 votes in the bank. And this was on Fox, so no this was not a liberal coverage.

Well, polls are everywhere. Kerry has yet to lead one of them.

I guess that's why they come under rapid fire attack by the left.

I put little faith in them. If rebups have a low turnout, kerry WILL win.

Conjur:

Cleveland, Akron areas are huge Dem strongholds. Snow as far south as Columbus is not unheard of in early November. I remember one year we had about 3 feet of snow to wade through on the first day of school. Of course, I walked 40 miles each way to a one room schoolhouse lit only by a solo taper and all our books were on parchment and had to be translated from Sumerian. <sniff, sniff> :)

There, he's up 2%. It's not hard to prove people wrong when they talk out of their butt. The race is a statistical tie nationwide and I think Kerry is up in the battleground states. It's an open race, no clear winner.

Toledo and a lot is big on Republicans. Southern Ohio goes all over the place, hence the uncertainty.
