I say good for them. No need for processed hydrogenated oils/fats to make things taste good. I would rather have the natural saturated (animal) or unsaturated (plant) fats. A small piece of butter or even uncooked olive oil goes a long way into making something taste good with good fats rather than processed hydrogenated oils and fats (margerine...).

Here's an idea: How about they let the customers decide? You know, let the restaurants do and serve what they want and let people choose to eat there or to go somewhere else based on their preferences...

Nah, it would never work.
