aw...really??

but it might still be fun to just hang out in chinatown and stuff.

::shrugs:: dunno...

There is a Chinese New Year Parade in NYC? I live in NYC and I've never realized that. Or is it just a dragon dance from store to store?

I love Chinatown. A tad too crowded, but good food at college-student prices!

Dang. Why is the Chicago parade thread so much more active than this one? No chinese New Yorkers?

Too bad school begins that week, so it really depends on how much work I get stuck with. Hmm...perhaps that's why I never realized there was a parade. There is usually also a Brooklyn parade, but that's just a 10-block dragon dance. Anyone know if the Manhattan one is any more exciting?
