New Year's resolutions

I've never made any new year's resolutions before, I think they are kind of silly. This year, however, I've resolved to do three things:

Get in better shape.
Do a better job of staying in touch with friends and loved ones
Do a better job of getting organized around the house and office.

I'm not sure how I'm going to tackle this yet to give myself the best chance of succeeding, but I really want to give it an honest effort.

Anyone else with new year's resolutions? Any good ideas on how to stay on the wagon?

My idea to stay on the wagon is to not overextend myself.

Thus, my resolution is to take a multivitamin at breakfast every day (I eat at work).

1280*1024. Last year was 1024*768.

In all seriousness, I want to try and eat healthier, but will be hard as it's so much easier then figuring out what to make or bring to work. I'm underweight, but it's still not good for me to eat out so often.
