This is a superb deal for anyone looking to get a solid top guitar and at amazing price. I just bought one of these at Sam Ash music in NYC and the deal and sound are amazing. I have no complaints about this. Since the deal is also available online I thought I'd post.

I compared this to the cheapest Takamine and Ibanez solid tops and this one had a much richer sound and was $120 less.

The F36S features a solid spruce top, die cast machines, nato mahogany back and sides and a gloss finished full size dreadnought body.

Very nice price. I was thinking about posting this earlier but forgot (I have short term memory problems or something). A solid-top for this price from a reputable maker is almost unheard of.

Does anyone have experience buying a guitar online. How are they going to ship it?

bump for a solid top! I actually like the CG-111 solid top myself - usually around $199.

I've worked in music stores since January, and generally, I've seen guitars come in a normal brown box with foam and a custom cardboard to hold the strings. I haven't seen any bad shipments yet, but I would assume that any online company would give a little extra packaging.
