New XP installation and missing hard drive

I just finished assembling a new system for home use and installed Win XP on a bare drive. Windows detected and formatted the drive for me. But, I may have missed something in a blur of "next" responses, but I didn't see it offer to format my second drive. There are two WD JB1200's in the box and the bootup makes note of them both. However, I can't find the second drive under Windows. Is there a way to go back and format the drive or do I have to reinstall again? Thanks for suggestions.

Right-click My Computer, Manage, Disk Management, find the drive in there and partition/format it however you want.
