New XFI drivers

So the only difference is that they enable "What U Hear" and reestablish Dolby Digital/DTS decoding?

Actually, I'm pretty sure I already have What U Hear on my Vista64 desktop, with the older drivers.
 
I think the biggest thing is that these support Win7. Did the Win7 upgrade advisor and it said my X-Fi was not supported. Hopefully these will remedy that when I get Win7.
