New x58 storage system

I do not have the bucks these days to rebuild the old x58 x5680 rig these days and the the 4TB storage system on the old P6T7 in the Antec 1200 in getting a decade + old.

I still want to keep the rig running, and will be ripping out the current RE3's and rebuilding it again, have been contemplating losing the Areca 1210 and putting some a least one hot swap x4 cage in the front.

I'm not sure about the Rosewell cages, but would fit in the case about perfect I guess, just a matter of gutting things and rebuilding things here and there again.

I need to test the RE3's, but they are all old and even the live ones probably about end of life, I need to rip em out as I think I'm getting conflicts over a couple atm.

What's your budget? I'd go with a surplus LSI controller. That Rosewill cage looks like poo, but admittedly all the add-in cages I've used have been. I stopped using them and just went with cases that have easy internal access to the 3.5" bays/trays. Is this a Windows storage system or something else?
