New X1900XT, no video signal

Hi all,

I just got my new Connect3d X1900XT in and set it up, along with a new power supply which I've had laying around for a while. However, I get no signal to the monitor at all. I also tried it with my old power supply, still no signal. And the new power supply works fine with my old X850XT.

Sounds to me like it's DOA, but I just thought I'd check in here to see if anyone can think of something I may have missed before I RMA it.

Any ideas?

Silly question, but did you plug in power to the card?

Sure did!

You know what the worst part is? The card is now out of stock at Newegg and I have a feeling it's not going to be a quick RMA process. And even worse, the rebate ($100!) is only valid until 8/15. Ugh.

Sounds like a bad card.
While you are rma'ing a new batch could come in and all will be golden:music:

By the way, anyone know if Newegg will reimburse my shipping costs (for sending it back for RMA)?
