Me too. Had to reformat, I couldn't get into the GUI mode without BSODing. Fun fun fun. But that OpenAL support is very tempting.

I suppose you would just install these drivers on a current build? I am running the CD ones (August 2001) with the AUDGVRM patch. This is very confusing.

Hmmm. Maybe VIA is the problem? Installation went flawless on my P4 2.0A/i845-D rig!
