Is there any reason not to save a few bucks by buying Windows 7 (and maybe using it indefinitely) and then getting the free upgrade to Windows 10?
 
iirc you have a deadline to do an upgrade once, but you maintain downgrade rights.

edit: although that may lock your hardware config, or at the very least you'll have to call MS in the event your hard drive/video card/whatnot breaks.
