You capitalized the M, implying it was a nickname. "*** Man" vs "Dykeman".

Also if you click 'learn more' to read about the company, you'll see the phrase "... ensuring no questions goes unanswered." Subject-verb agreement is messed up.
Plus, on the same page it says " ... have a deep-seated competency in both Heathcare and Banking." What's Heathcare?
