New Website Launched, Feedback Wanted

I just launched a new website and I'm looking for some feedback on it. The site is located at http://www.techerator.com/ and contains guides, news and reviews for various types of software and hardware.

Please note that not all the categories are populated (because I just don't have any articles that pertain to some categories yet), but do check out what I have so far.

I'd greatly appreciate any constructive feedback!

Looks nice. Could use some dates on your front page preview posts though.

Looks good, has a "web 2.0" feel, maybe a bit too much. Things that seem perfect seem wrong on the internet.

What's missing is the key idea of your site. Don't explain it to me here, I should be able to get it at a glance. Your tag line "techerate your life" is cute but doesn't give me a clue. Can I download stuff here to "tech-decorate myself?" do I get an account? You can re-work the tagline to be quick, but informative. That's something anandtech has down. Don't be afraid to be bold, just don't lie.
