New Web layout - Article comments have no report option?

Lots of spam in the comments of articles, yet there is no report option or ranking system to make them hidden if down-ranked enough... I think this is a big mistake and will cause the comments section to be full of SPAM and/or Sales Links/Porn Links since there is no repercussion for doing so.

Love the new layout though.
