Well, I'm trying to get the most out of an ancient Pentium T2080 laptop. Right now I'm using it Windows 8, but upgrading to 8.1 is tempting. The problem is, the driver support of the GMA 950 in windows 8 is already an stretch, as I had to use the Windows 7 drivers and brute force my way through to get them installed.
Now we all know W8.1 has an updated WDDM and I dont really wanna do the upgrade only to find that I will get stuck without proper drivers (iGP performance is already horrid even with the drivers). That's why I opened this thread so anyone that also happen to have an old as mud PC can share their experience trying to work out these iGP driver issues in W8.1
