If you read the full review is some intstances it will not be better than the storm but I agree its one inpressive water block

I bought a storm because they may be discontinuing it. From what I've read at the procooling forums and from the Storm creator, I don't believe the Apogee can honestly cool better than the Storm's jet impedence cooling. I heard two people are working on a comprehensive review of the Apogee.
