New vs. Old School 6800 GT's

I'm trying to figure out what the difference between these two cards is besides the heatsink. Could anyone tell me?

BTW, If I buy my card from ebay, will BFG still honor the warranty?

Both those heatsinks are past generation. The single one is the regular nVidia reference hsf with BFG's sticker on it, while the two fan one is one BFG made themselves. The two fan one is known to be insanely loud and not cool very well (I know, I used to have one until I upgraded to an NV5).

The new BFG ones are all copper with a clear plastic case around it, and are pretty big. I still have yet to hear how they work (someone on these forums posted one earlier today).

Yeah, i have the sh!tty cheap looking one with two fans.
It is a bit louder than my previous Leadtek 6800GT.

I'd just go to Newegg and get a Leadtek branded 6800GT, They are like $299 shipped, rather than paying over that and having to deal with email.
