Since that California bill is trying to be passed, to give 14 year olds 1/4 vote and 16 year olds 1/2 vote... why stop there?
Apparently the Californian Senator thinks that the 14 yr old isn't quite mature enough to be taken seriously 100%. We could use this approach for all ages - the older you are, more your vote counts.
So instead of 1 vote and partial votes - everyone gets a vote weight based on their age.
So the 21 yr old gets 21 votes. The 65 yr old gets 65 votes.
