Getting a Visiontek GF3 and wondered the following:

I currently have a GF256 DDR using NVMax w/ coolbits enabled- tweaking through the Display panel tab.

1). When I install my GF3 will everything update in NVMax and coolbits?? The programs installed w/ my GF256 DDR installed.

2). Will they detect the new card and update the slide bars?? Currently the highest I can set is 150 core/350 memory w/ coolbits. I will use detonator destroyer to remove current driver 22.50- then install my new GF3 and driver.

3). Does this sound good?? How do I remove coolbits registry info if I need to??

Thanks in advance.

Before you switch cards remember to remove nVidia's drivers, nVmax and any other such associated programs. Then resintall them after you've installed your video card drivers. Everything should then be updated for your new card.
